Synchronization: 1 audio visual work (Video) up to the length of the song.

Use of the song: All usage but (NON-EXCLUSIVE) and (NON-TRANSFERIBLE)

Ownership: A derivate work of the beat created by Vicente Lerro and it should be registered by split 50%-50%

Content ID: Not allowed. Only if you purchase the beat.

Damages: Any damages caused by the Artist will have to pay a penalty of 5 times the initial fee = ($350X5=$1,750) and the cancelation automatically of the use of the song.
